The Appeal

Intended as the European response to the legendary Ford Mustang, the Mk3 Capri has long appealed to enthusiasts thanks to its sharp fastback styling and rear-wheel-drive layout, and has proven a very amicable base for modification and upgrade. This particular car has gone a few steps beyond the ordinary Capri; it's certainly turned our heads!
Extensively rebuilt over the course of 2025, this impressive example has been upgraded with a Ford Performance 5.0-litre small-block V8 powerplant, sourced from the US. This brings a whopping 450hp to the party, married to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The resulting car is far beyond factory-standard spec, and elsewhere, a full restoration has been completed in 2025, with the interior retrimmed using Recaro cloth and new old stock leather.
