The Appeal
The 996-generation Porsche 911 was a landmark car for the Stuttgart marque - the first water-cooled 911 - and has gained an ever-growing following. Porsche purists can be a difficult bunch, and it took a while, but it's increasingly recognised as the modern 911 to have. Eminently drivable, fast on its feet, handsomely styled and with those familiar 911 dynamics, it's a fitting tribute to Stuttgart's mastery of a much-loved formula.
This handsome example was purchased by the vendor in 2024 with a somewhat noisy engine, which has since been replaced with a second-hand unit carrying 90,000 miles. We understand that it's now running sweetly and is ready and waiting for its lucky new keeper.
