Description

  • The SP250 employed a separate ladder-type chassis on which sat unconventionally-styled, fibreglass coachwork moulded by Daimler themselves
  • The cars biggest virtue was its magnificent, Edward Turner-designed, 2.5-litre V8 engine producing 140bhp, an output that was good enough to propel the SP250 to a top speed of 150mph
  • Introduced in April 1963 under Jaguar's ownership of the marque, the C-Specification resolved the major structural issues of the early models while adding a suite of premium amenities as standard equipment
  • This, UK-supplied, C-Spec example was first registered on 28/05/1964
  • Family owned since 1998. Four years current registered keeper ownership with just two former registered keepers
