The Appeal

The Morgan +4 is something of a mythological car, quintessentially Morgan at its core, a hand-built, ash-framed British sports car that remained true to its roots for decades with stubborn, traditionalist determination. These endlessly charismatic roadsters are often heralded as the best of British coachbuilding, and with a little more grunt than its venerable 4/4 contemporary, they're a simply stirring machine to drive.

Purchased in 2017, this Morgan has been comprehensively refurbished by its current owner. The bodywork has been resprayed in metallic blue, with new bumpers, inner wings and a bulkhead fitted. It sits on new stainless steel wire wheels shod with new tyres, and a brand new double duck hood, leather tonneau cover and hood frame cover have been installed. Inside, the interior has been fully reupholstered with leather seats and trimmed carpets, complemented by a refinished walnut veneer dashboard and a leather Mota Lita steering wheel.

Mechanically, the car has benefited from a new clutch, rear crankshaft seal and timing belt, along with upgraded shock absorbers and front brake callipers. Garage-stored throughout the current ownership with very little use, it's now ready and waiting for its lucky new keeper.
