Overview
The '90s are having a bit of a renaissance at the moment and we must admit we're 100% here for it. From iconic sitcoms to baggy jeans and flannel shirts it's clear that there's currently peak nostalgia for the 1990s. Even Oasis are back together! It's only natural then that the great cultural gauge that is classic sports cars should also be swinging back around to such times and the appreciation of glorious young timers like this stunning Ferrari 348 TS. Yes, technically the 348 arrived in '89 but for any discerning petrolhead Maranello's magnificent Leonardo Fioravanti-penned V8 two-seater will forever be a true '90s hero.
With those in the know now rightly recognising the 348's virtues, it still remains an excellent value option for those looking at getting into Ferrari ownership or collecting, especially compared to the F355 that replaced it. The last V8 Ferrari developed under Enzo's watchful eye, the 348 was available as a coupe, a Targa and later a Spider but it's the TS Targa, like this one, that is arguably the one to have. With an inherently usable 300bhp from its all-alloy V8 the 348 gets from 0-60mph in just 5.4s before tapping out at 171mph but its all so exploitable, making you feel like Ayrton Senna whether on a trip to the local supermarket or a continental jaunt to the South of France.
This original left-hand drive European specification example was manufactured on 7 October 1991 and reportedly first owned by a Fiat dealership owner in Italy. It was acquired on 1 December 2000 by the current owner—another garage owner—who drove it back to the UK. After enjoying it for French road trips and light UK driving, the car was placed on SORN at the end of 2003 following the birth of their child. Since then, it has been stored in a heated garage with occasional runs on trade plates, remaining in the same long-term ownership for 26 years.
Showing just 25K km from new, this stunning Ferrari presents beautifully throughout and has recently been fully serviced and recommissioned, perfectly preparing it for its next lucky custodian.

Summary
A red '90s Targa top Ferrari 348 in stunning condition with just 15K miles on the clock? What's not to like? At this level of quality and with such low use this excellent 348 TS could be a very shrewd investment as prices for these cars continue skyward. And if you just want to drive and enjoy it, well, it's a superb analogue V8 Ferrari with a manual gearbox, and it simply doesn't get much better than that.
