1987 example of the legendary G240 ‘Wolf’, the military variant of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class, engineered for durability, simplicity and extreme terrain capability
Originally supplied for military service and subsequently professionally converted for leisure use, sympathetically adapted to meet UK MOT requirements
Powered by the robust 2.4-litre diesel engine (OM616 series), renowned for longevity and torque delivery rather than outright speed, ideally suited to expedition or utility use
Believed (though impossible to warrant) to have covered fewer than 23,000 kilometres from new, a remarkably low figure for a vehicle of this type
Professionally refinished in distinctive Gulf Blue with black interior, giving a striking and contemporary aesthetic while retaining its purposeful character
Fitted with a bespoke canvas hood, matching doors and awning, together with practical storage solutions including integrated cool boxes — thoughtfully configured for leisure and overland use
Equipped with rugged off-road alloy wheels and tyres, complementing the G-Wagen’s permanent four-wheel-drive system, high ground clearance and locking differentials
Previously MOT tested and used sparingly before being placed into professional storage following expiry in February 2024, with minimal mileage covered since. An excellent beach buggy, promotional vehicle, utility vehicle or versatile leisure Jeep
