- It is powered by a hand-built 7.0-litre naturally aspirated Chevrolet LS7 V8 producing 582bhp and 553lb-ft of torque, driving the rear wheels through a six-speed Porsche G96 manual transaxle.
- First registered in November 2020, this example has been with the seller and the second owner for three years.
- The odometer shows just 5,950 miles from new.
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
- The Ultima Evolution is renowned for its lightweight construction, race-inspired engineering, and exceptionally high performance, while retaining a surprising degree of road-going usability.
- The chassis comprises a GRP body mounted to a steel spaceframe with alloy internal cladding.
- This example is finished in blue gel coat with a contrasting white and light blue livery and gloss-black removable targa roof panels, over a leather and Alcantara-trimmed interior, featuring embroidered Ultima Evolution lettering on the headrests, silver seat piping, contrasting stitching, exposed aluminium body panels, and satin-silver, brushed aluminium, and carbon-fibre trim.
- It rides on a set of 18-inch 9J front and 13J rear Braid ‘Winrace TCT’ 10-spoke alloy wheels, framing red AP Racing brake callipers, and fitted with Pirelli P Zero tyres.
- Equipment includes air conditioning, helicopter-style window vents, LED lighting throughout, including LED headlights, an Alpine Halo 9-inch Apple CarPlay head unit, Willans harnesses, a CAE shifter, push-button start, Evolution-branded gauges, twin fuel tanks with independent filler caps, and an engine bay fire suppression system
- The hand-built Chevrolet LS7 V8 was supplied by American Speed in Illinois and features a dry-sump lubrication system with an external oil tank, cooler, and thermostat.
- Suspension is by double wishbones at all four corners with height adjustable coil-over dampers.
- Braking is provided by 320mm cross-drilled and ventilated AP Racing discs with four-piston callipers, complemented by a separate Brembo disc handbrake system.
- Steering is via an unassisted rack-and-pinion system with 2.1 turns lock-to-lock.
- The car is accompanied by service invoices, MOT certificates and invoices, a substantial build history file, a dyno printout from American Speed, and two keys.
CONDITION
- Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior and interior condition.
- Specific notes from the seller include: a small crack to the driver's side front wing caused by contact with a garage door frame. This has been reinforced from behind with a GRP repair to prevent further propagation. There are a small number of minor blemishes to the front clam and rear deck area, a small scuff behind one of the rear wheels, the front passenger-side wheel displays a small amount of kerbing, and there is a small rip/scuff on the passenger seat upholstery.
- The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 21 April 2026 at 5,923 miles and resulted in a first-time pass with no advisories.
SERVICE HISTORY
- The last maintenance was carried out in July 2025 at 4,900 miles by MacG Racing, comprising an engine oil and filter change together with a general inspection.
- A previous service was completed in May 2024 at 3,043 miles by Oakmere Lotus, consisting of an engine oil and filter change.
- The seller states that before that, Oakmere Lotus serviced the car in April 2023 at 900 miles, carrying out an engine oil and filter service along with a brake fluid replacement.
- An air conditioning regas was carried out in August 2021.
