SERVICE HISTORY

• In February 2025, Land Rover specialist Marrion 4x4 carried out an investigation and partial rebuild of the engine, as it had been presented to them as a non-runner. The timing chains were found to have been stretched, so the engine was stripped and all chains were replaced. The left-side cylinder head was removed and the valves were found to be damaged, so the head was skimmed and all valves were replaced with OEM items. The engine was reassembled with new gaskets, the oil and filter were renewed, and the vehicle was taken on an extended road test. The invoice for this work came to £7,744.68.
