Description

The car:

First registered in March 2006, our vendor understands that approximately 1,500 examples of the first-generation (9PA) Cayenne Turbo S were produced, making it one of the rarer variants of Porsche's pioneering high-performance SUV, with just one believed to be in this colour.

Power comes from Porsche's formidable 4.5-litre twin-turbocharged V8, producing approximately 514bhp and driving all four wheels through a six-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission with steering wheel-mounted shift controls. Performance remains deeply impressive, with a quoted 0–62mph time of just 5.2 seconds and a top speed of 167mph.

The specification is particularly appealing. Finished in Dark Olive Green Metallic, the car features a beautifully appointed extended leather interior trimmed in two-tone tan, complemented by Olive Ash wood veneers and a Saddle Brown Alcantara headlining. Externally, it sits on 20-inch factory 'Techno' alloy wheels with coloured Porsche-crested centre caps, behind which sit the distinctive red brake callipers. The car is fitted with Pirelli P Zero tyres and is enhanced by the desirable factory Porsche Aero Kit, a comparatively uncommon factory option.

Equipment includes electrically adjustable heated front sports seats, heated rear seats, an electric glass sunroof, illuminated kick plates, alloy-effect pedals, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, Porsche Communication Management with satellite navigation, a premium Bose sound system, rear seat entertainment screens, air suspension with magnetic adjustable dampers, electronic four-wheel drive and multiple terrain modes. The original rear entertainment system has been upgraded with more modern screens for improved functionality, while an aftermarket double-DIN multimedia unit with Bluetooth and smartphone connectivity has been installed. Importantly, the original Porsche stereo and television screens accompany the car.

Further practicality is provided by the electrically deploying tow bar, making this an exceptionally capable SUV equally suited to grand touring duties or everyday use.

Benefitting from a comprehensive programme of specialist maintenance and preventative servicing, with documented expenditure running to well over £8,000 during the last five years alone. The history file demonstrates a conscientious approach to ownership, with the car entrusted to respected independent Porsche specialists including RPM Technik and No.5 Garage. Works have extended well beyond routine servicing to include replacement of the rear engine cooling pipes, engine breather lines, cam cover seals, ABS sensors, suspension components, alarm siren and numerous ancillary items, ensuring that many of the known age-related maintenance requirements associated with the flagship Turbo S have already been addressed. Accompanied by its original Porsche book pack, stamped service book, invoices and supporting documentation, the file reflects consistent specialist care throughout its life.

  • 06/06/2026 (96,163 miles) – Revolution Porsche Specialists carried out a comprehensive post-purchase inspection, diagnosed and replaced the engine breather line, topped up low gearbox oil following investigation into a shifting concern, replaced the transmission fluid, renewed the crankshaft sensor and completed an inspection of the vehicle. Invoice: £1,175.19. Advisories noted included a broken offside front level sensor, perishing rear upper and lower control arm bushes, perishing front and rear anti-roll bar bushes, a slight oil weep around the turbo area and corrosion beginning to appear on the exhaust clamps and fixings

The car presents well throughout and is commensurate with its age and mileage. Prospective bidders should note there is some kerbing evident to the alloy wheels and the headlining is beginning to show slight sagging in places, although these minor cosmetic points do little to detract from what is otherwise a particularly well-maintained and highly specified example.

An increasingly uncommon example of Porsche's original flagship performance SUV, combining immense performance, outstanding comfort and rare factory options in an especially desirable colour combination.
