  • Power comes from a 5.0-litre ‘Coyote’ V8 with a Shelby/Whipple supercharger, delivering around 750bhp to the rear wheels through a Getrag/Ford MT82 six-speed manual transmission.
  • First registered in July 2016, this Mustang is included in the Shelby American World Registry, and has had two owners from new.
  • The odometer shows just 6,281 miles.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

  • The Super Snake features a carbon-fibre bonnet with a forced air scoop, a new grille, carbon-fibre front and rear spoilers, a carbon-fibre tail light surround, a new rear diffuser, carbon-fibre door mirror covers, and skirt-mounted aero blades.
  • Mechanical upgrades include Shelby valve covers, 3.73 gears and half shafts from Ford Performance, a transmission cooler, Ford Racing driveshafts, a cold air induction kit, a Shelby free-flow cat-back exhaust, an upgraded intercooler, and vented cross-drilled brake rotors with Wilwood four-piston callipers.
  • The suspension consists of front caster/camber and rear toe adjustment kits, as well as upgraded springs, dampers, and anti-roll bars.
  • The cabin features a Ford Performance short-throw gear knob, Super Snake door sill plates, and a carbon-fibre dashboard-mounted instrument display with AutoMeter gauges.
  • This example is finished in dark grey ‘Magnetic Metallic’ paintwork, with Super Snake racing stripes and external badging, over a black leather-trimmed interior with white and red stitching, ‘Shelby Super Snake’ emblems on the head restraints, a silver dashboard panel, and an Alcantara-trimmed steering wheel.
  • It rides on the correct 20-inch WELD Racing Super Snake alloy wheels, framing red brake callipers, and wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tyres at the rear, with Pilot Super Sports up front.
