The Appeal
The Bentley S3 was first announced in 1962, and was very similar in most respects to its predecessor. The handsome, flowing lines and distinctive presence made for a truly stately car, led by a quad headlight set up and that all-important gleaming chromework. While modern Bentleys are all very well and good, there's little doubt in our mind that the 60s and 70s were the golden age for luxury motoring, and this is a very handsome ambassador.
This 1964 car has been treated to a rebuilt dynamo and sorted distributor, along with a partial recarpeting that has gone some way to capture that upright, authoriative ride that so summates the golden age of the luxury limo. A striking presence, old money comfort and endless luxury - this Bentley S3 is a captivating choice for any classic car enthusiast.
