Description

KEY FACTS

  • This W221-generation Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG is a sophisticated yet potent performance saloon, presented here in a timeless colour scheme.
  • It is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.2-litre V8, delivering around 518bhp to the rear wheels via a seven-speed automatic transmission with paddle shift.
  • This example was originally a Japan-delivered model, which was first registered in December 2007, and has since been imported to the UK, where it was registered with the DVLA in January 2026.
  • The odometer indicates 70,723 km, which the seller believes to be genuine.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

  • This W221-era S63 AMG is finished in the stylish shade of Obsidian Black, over a black leather-trimmed interior, punctuated by brushed aluminium and burred walnut wood veneer trim.
  • It rides on a set of 19-inch AMG multi-spoke alloy wheels fitted with Dunlop SP Sport Maxx tyres.
  • Equipment includes xenon headlights, front and rear parking sensors, cruise control, night vision assist, a COMAND infotainment system with satellite navigation and Bluetooth connectivity, switchable driving modes, electrically adjustable ride height, an IWC Schaffhausen analogue clock, electrically adjustable heated and ventilated front and rear seats with three-position memory, three-zone automatic air conditioning, an electric glass sunroof, and a Harman/Kardon sound system.
  • This example has been fitted with tiger skin-effect floor mats.
  • The car comes with some Japanese owner’s manuals, the V5C, the Japanese export certificate, the service booklet, and the most recent MOT certificate.
  • One ignition key is included.

CONDITION

  • Please refer to the photo gallery to assess the exterior and interior condition.
  • The seller states that the reverse camera is intermittent ON/OFF, camera was working perfectly until I changed the battery myself, I been told it needs to be coded, as the previous one was a genuine Mercedes-Benz battery, and I used an Exide battery.
  • A run flat indicator inoperative warning is displayed on the gauge cluster, the seller reports that this is the ESP light, which goes off after the car reaches 20mph and is related to the tyre valve sensor.
  • The seller reports that the car has been garaged during its time in the UK and the car has been converted from kilometres to miles by Car Key Solution Watford.
  • The most recent MOT test was on 8 November 2025 at an indicated 70,630 km, which resulted in a first-time pass with no advisories.

SERVICE HISTORY

  • The Japanese service history documentation is available in the photo gallery.
