The Appeal

The W124 E-Class Cabriolet is a perfectly balanced example of a modern open-top Merc. Slick, distinguished and straddling the marque's retro aesthetics with a modern roadster, it stems from that final decade of the company building the best cars in the world, with remarkably rugged machinery and top-notch build quality. The E320 variant, powered by a smooth 3.2-litre inline-six, is widely regarded as the sweet spot of the range.

This 1993 example has benefited from meaningful investment, with a new hood fitted and the roof hydraulics refurbished or replaced. The wheels have also been refurbished.
