KEY FACTS

  • A rare and powerful high-performance six-seater MPV, this Mercedes-Benz R63 AMG is offered in an attractive black over cream colour scheme.
  • It is powered by a naturally aspirated ‘M156’ 6.2-litre V8, producing 503bhp and driving all four wheels via an AMG Speedshift 7G-Tronic automatic transmission, which apportions torque in a 40:60 front-to-rear split.
  • First registered in 2007, this R63 AMG is reported to have originally been a Saudi Arabia embassy car, and said to have been subsequently registered with the DVLA in August 2020 by an embassy employee.
  • The odometer shows 34,540 miles, which the seller believes to be genuine.

EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES

  • The R63 AMG was unveiled in 2006 as a 2007 model year car. Produced for just a single model year, only 322 examples are understood to have been built and delivered worldwide, making it one of the rarest modern AMG models.
  • This R63 AMG is finished in Chromite Black metallic over a two-tone cream and brown leather interior, accented by attractive brushed aluminium-effect trim.
  • The car rides on 20-inch five-spoke alloy wheels, fitted with Continental tyres.
  • Equipment includes speed-sensitive power steering, an adaptive damping system, a panoramic sunroof, heated seats, a Harman Kardon Logic7 Surround Sound audio system, and rear seat entertainment, as well as the Business Package Plus.
  • It is accompanied by two keys and recent invoices.

CONDITION

  • Prior to this, the car was serviced in August 2025 at 33,639 miles by Mercedes-Benz specialist, Stevensons, which comprised an engine oil and filter service, the replacement of both engine mounts, rear shock absorbers, front and rear brake discs and pads, four tyres, front wiper blades, as well as an air-conditioning re-gas and the rectification of the roof blind and a faulty front parking sensor.
  • In February 2025 at 33,335 miles, marque specialist Bimmer carried out an engine oil and filter change service and replacement of the air filter and pollen filter.
