Description

Background:

The MINI John Cooper Works represents the most performance-focused iteration of the modern MINI line-up and, in convertible (R57) form, combines open-top motoring with the brand’s motorsport-inspired engineering. Developed under BMW ownership, the John Cooper Works models feature uprated engines, chassis enhancements and distinctive styling cues, delivering a more engaging and dynamic driving experience. Compact dimensions, sharp handling and a characterful turbocharged engine have made the JCW a popular choice among enthusiasts seeking both performance and everyday usability.

The Car:

First registered on 2nd June 2015, this example has covered 31,955 miles from new and has had two former keepers with current owner acquiring the car in 2019. The car presents well in red paintwork with black bonnet stripes and black 17" Cross Spoke Challenge alloy wheels with black leather interior and red piping.

This is an exceptionally well specified car, benefitting from a range of desirable factory options including the Chili Pack, Convertible Pack and Media Pack. Further features include a Harman Kardon Hi-Fi system, adaptive headlights, electric folding mirrors, rear wind deflector and sports button to further enhance its driving experience.

The electrically operated roof and windows are all functioning as intended, and the car is reported to drive with no known faults.

The car is accompanied by all original handbooks, including the service book containing three stamps and an Apple media adapter.

The current owner has maintained the car in-house during his ownership and, in preparation for sale, the car has just received a fresh MOT on 21st April along with a service. During this service both rear tyres were identified as needing replacing and this will be done prior to sale.
