• Specific notes from the seller include: the nearside rear wing was painted by the dealer that I purchased the car from as I was unhappy with the finish when I viewed it; there is a minor blemish at the lower part of the offside front wing near the wheel arch; some small scratches under the tonneau lip aft of the passenger seats (these scratches are not visible when the tonneau is in place); on occasion the rear of the squab covering on both seats comes untucked; some scratches to the aluminium dash; the interior rear battery access panel is showing some wear; potential bidders should be aware that the car has no side screens or roof - weather gear consists of a tonneau cover only.
• The car’s last MOT test was conducted on 6 August 2025 at 605 miles, resulting in a first-time pass with no advisories.

SERVICE HISTORY

• In April 2023, VW Downunder replaced the steering box and a fuel hose. Staff also rectified a gearbox fault by fitting a pinch bolt in the gear rod and modifying the gear stick.
• In March 2023, VW Downunder replaced the rocker cover gaskets, spark plugs, fuel filter and fuel lines, and adjusted the carburettors, timing and fan belt.
